Bookings and payments
Booking terms, prices, taxes, fees, and cancellation rules may vary by hotel and booking partner. Live checkout appears only when hotel information is current and reliable.

Reviews and contributed content
Reviews and contributions need to be honest, based on genuine experiences, and suitable for helping other travelers compare hotels.

SoloScore
SoloScore is provided as decision support and cannot promise the safety, quality, or suitability of any hotel or destination.
Section 6
Limitation of liability
SoloStay provides hotel information and comparison support. Hotels, providers, and travelers remain responsible for their own actions, obligations, and judgments.

Changes
SoloStay may update these Terms as the service changes. Updated Terms will display the date they become effective.
